Situated in the picturesque Abbey Lawns, Bourne outdoor swimming pool is a 50-yard heated swimming pool (that's near Olympic-size!) surrounded by mature trees and with its own café and changing facilities. There is also a children's pool provided here.
It is one of the largest of the few surviving outdoor pools in the country and features a baby pool with central fountain.
The pool is open daily from the end of May to early September and there is parking available to the front of the pool on Coggles Causeway (PE10 9LN). No pre-booking is required and cost of entry is low.
This facility can also be hired for private parties. Ladies only and adult sessions are regular events held here.
