About Bourne Friendship Group
Our Age UK Friendship Group in Bourne is open to everyone aged 50 plus, who would like to get out and about, meet new people, see interesting guest speakers, get useful, helpful and practical advice on a range of subjects from Fraud Prevention to Fire Safety.
Kindly sponsored by The Len Pick Trust, we are now able to open up our friendly group to people twice a month, on the 2 nd and 4 th Tuesday of the month. We meet at Wake House, 41 North Street, Bourne, PE10 9AE, 10am to midday.
Tea, coffee and biscuits are always on offer, plus a wide range of activities, games, guest speakers and more.
£4 per person, no need to book, just come along whenever you can and join the group.

Founded in 1987, Bourne Town Harriers is a friendly and inclusive athletics club based in Bourne, Lincolnshire. The club welcomes runners of all ages and abilities - from complete beginners taking their first steps into fitness, to experienced athletes training for competitive events.
The Harriers provide a supportive environment where members can enjoy running, improve their performance, and take part in a wide variety of disciplines including road running, cross country, track and field, and sports hall athletics. With qualified England Athletics coaches, every session is structured to help members achieve their goals in a fun and encouraging setting.
Training sessions are held weekly for both juniors and seniors, with an emphasis on participation, improvement, and enjoyment. The club also takes part in local and regional events such as the Frostbite Friendly League, summer road races, and the popular Grimsthorpe 10K, hosted each August Bank Holiday.
Beyond the races, Bourne Town Harriers is about community - bringing together people who share a love of running and a spirit of support. Whether it's cheering on teammates at events, volunteering at club races, or celebrating personal milestones, the Harriers offer something for everyone.
